Are you struggling with loneliness, feeling misunderstood by those around you, or missing a sense of community and support?
Let’s come together to talk openly about parenting abroad and the challenges expat mothers may face — in a safe and understanding space.

Mgr. Martina Švédová, Ph.D. – therapist who knows what it’s like to be an expat mother herself

What can you expect during a group?

• A safe and respectful place

• A space for sharing and mutual support

• Our center is child – friendly | You are welcome to bring your children

• Session length: about 90 minutes

• Free admission
